They are AWFUL!!! They do shady business!!!! We had a brand new filter next to our water heater, and it so happens that when Bob Staley (himself) leaves, our new filter is gone. Also, once they replaced our filter, and they used a filter that wasn't even the right size. They cut the filter to fit, and it would keep falling in, they should have never charged us for a filter that wouldn't fit right and wouldn't work like it is supposed to. Do not trust them.
I have been doing business with Bob Staley ever since he separated his business from his brother more than 25 years ago. The service I have received from Bob and more recently from him and his son, John has been outstanding. for the last 20 years no one has provided service to my home and the adjacent rental that my wife and I own but Bob Staley P & H. Three times (almost Unbelievably), Bob himself has been at my home on Christmas morning repairing frozen lines that would have without his help, ruined important family holidays.. Great people doing wonderful work at reasonable prices. Who could ask for more...
