Drive through was closed. Urinal in men's room out of order. All sodas were flat. Store was filthy. Food was good though. Kind of regret eating there. But i was pretty hungry.
I was very disappointed with the rude and unfriendly service from the drive through employees. Not sure if this Burger king is a franchise or company owned but either way the employees need a refresher course in customer service especially in the manner they interact with the customers. Maybe they need to hire on people that will do a better job. I've experienced rudeness but these employees take the cake. Way to go you got the trophy for the best unsatisfactory service ever!. Management needs to make some serious changes.
I won't be returning to this location. I enjoy Burger King normally, but this location is terrible. On one occasion I went through the drive through and ordered two plain cheeseburgers. I didn't open my order until getting home. One of the burger patties was so old it looked like beef jerky. It was disgusting. I was pregnant at the time so I didn't eat either burger because I was scared I would get food poisoning from old food. On another occasion we went through the drive thru for breakfast. They said the needed us to pull around and wait because they needed extra time to make our food. Apparently they were having issues that day because they were having all the cars in the drive thru doing this as well. After waiting for at least 10 minutes and seeing the car behind us be brought food, we received an order but it wasn't the right food. It was like they hadn't taken notes on which car ordered which food. They would wander out with the food and offer it to each car until they found the right one. Terrible experience. We ended up getting a refund and going somewhere else. They consistently mess up orders here. Management seems to be clueless on how to handle issues. In fact it was a manager that handed me my jerky burger. I wouldn't recommend this place. I won't be coming back. We gave it several chances because there are only a few fast food choices in the area, but it has been disappointing and / or disgusting every time.
Waited 10 minutes for an icee. Cashier stood warming herself by french fry warmer. After 5 minutes I asked if we were getting our drink soon, she just shrugged.
We just moved here and have tried this place twice now. Both times no Bueno. Food has been cold. Rude service and very dirty. Don't understand how a franchisee can get away with this. We hear from most of the locals that it's a horrible restaurant. Needs new franchisees or BK Corporate needs to come inspect.
