That story is only after I called several times with no follow-up.
I am trying to give you business. If your hours are subject to change post that and not your 8-5 hours. I'm only picking to do business with this place because they are the nicer facility in town and there is not much to choose from. I litterally never write reviews but this erks me! I only have 2 stars because no one was rude. Service however should be ZERO stars because I've had no service this far!
I have litterally had to chase them down to get a unit reserved. Everyone is fairly nice but they have not been there during thier posted hours each of the 5 times I have come by the office. I have called several times and they answered twice. The 1st time (during business hours as I was locked out of the office) and was told to come back the next day because he was at his house doing some plumbing. When I came back when he told me once again no one was there. I call and he says he is in another state (why did you tell me to come back and sign your paperwork today?) I call another number he gives me and that goes to voicemail.
