My dog is a skiddish around shots and the vets have always made an effort to work with her to ease her nerves.
They have taken care of my animals really good when they see my dog and my horse. The veterinarians are super professional and friendly, I have never had a problem with them, just one of the front desk ladies is not as friendly, she always seems like she's mad, but anyways, the veterinarian Karen Chandler is the best!!
Have been taking my pup there for two years. The staff and vets have been extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgable.
My family has been taking our pets and livestock to this clinic for decades. Unfortunately, front desk customer service has declined through the years. They are rude and do not greet customers as they enter. The wellness of animals brought to their clinic is no longer their main priority. A customer can not even speak with a vet for 5 minutes to discuss matters. It is truly disappointing.
How can a vet clinic REFUSE to treat an animal when it's going to die? These people did and you should be ashamed to take your pets there!!!!! They don't care about the animal... They only care about money$$
Also, the receptionists alleviated any stress from a situation with worms my dog got while we were traveling. They sent the records to us in no time so that my dog could be seen right away in a different city.
Staff was amazing! Very kind and wonderful with my dog. Would recommend this clinic to anyone!
