I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Boedeker. He was very thorough throughout the entire process explaining exactly what he was doing. He answered all questions that I had. He followed up after my appointment to make sure was healing okay. Everyone in the office as very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Boedeker!
ZERO STARS. Twenty-minute extraction, exceptionally rude staff. To a member. One lady's 9-year old kid was working the phone during my wait. The stiches were put in loose and, the office could not be reached THE ENTIRE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Impressively disappointing and shoddily-run business. Had to go to the ER to remove the stitches, and have no way of setting up new ones. Amazing.
Dr. Boedeker is a consummate professional and extremely proficient. He explained the surgery being performed on my wife in in terms easy understandable, was patient, and addressed all concerns promptly. The staff was kind and professional which made the visit that much more pleasant.
If I could've given this establishment 0 stars, I would have. I had my wisdom teeth out in June 2016 and not only were the nurses incredibly rude and refused to answer our questions with any degree of politeness, not only did I wake up during my surgery, but Dr. Boedeker left my jaw out of place. I couldn't open my mouth more than about a centimeter for 2 weeks without excruciating pain. I'm writing this February 2nd, 2017 and my jaw is still completely messed up. It doesn't stay in place and pops painfully when I eat. I now have to choose between facial surgery, or having my jaw wired shut for six weeks to correct it. Trust this review when I say go to Greeley for your wisdom teeth removal.
Dr. Boedeker and his team were very professional and calming. My visit to his office was by far the best experience I have ever had dealing with dental work. Every staff member I came in contact with were so caring and polite. I highly recommend Dr. Boedeker and his team of professionals.
