Since I have written this review on this "practice," I have been bombarded with letters from this office demeaning myself, my family, and my current choice in dental care. Today I received a copy of the dentists response to my review in the mail. I wrote my review 4 MONTHS AGO....not to mention the doctors response to my review violates HIPAA. Nothing more, nothing less....a legitimate copy of their response. Talk about vindictive.....I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO ANYONE, based on his childish and immature behavior. And heaven forbid you disagree with him or seek dental care elsewhere, you may be the next on his vengeance list and he clearly will illegally disclose all treatment he has done for you or your family.
In august I took my daughter for a consultation with this dentist based on a recommendation, not even a referral. I have recently discovered that a local orthodontist, who in fact was my orthodontist 20 years ago, is still in practice. Since this man is local and I had him myself as an orthodontist, I chose to have him care for my daughters teeth. I notified this "office" to let them know I would be transferring dentists. The attitude resulting from this was what I would call immature. This man claims to be a "so called professional " and as far as I'm concerned he lacks professionalism. He then not only threw a fit over me choosing another dentist, he was very condescending. Not to mention basic name calling. He also wrote a letter to my family dentist, I felt the letter was a way of trying to tell on me for opting elsewhere for the care of MY DAUGHTER. This man more than overstepped his bounds, he left me with an impression of him that is quite disturbing.I would not recommend this man to anyone!!!
My experience in braces with Doctor K was awesome. He is always welcoming when you walk in the door. It seems like he's always happy, the way he's always singing. When he says the braces will take a certain amount of time, he's serous. Actually I got mine off a few months before I was suppose to. I also like how every time you go you get coins that you can get cool stuff with. GREAT idea:). I recommend Doctor K to anyone who wants it done right!!
I just got another patient letter from Dr. Kloberdanz that was caring and customized to his patient. The mother described his office as "friendly and efficient." I thought I would add that, as a referring dentist, Gary strikes me as passionate about his craft and up on the latest technology. He is always warm to me and when he says the braces will take a certain length of treatment time, they do. That is rare to find all those qualities in one place. I will continue to refer to Dr. K and recommend him to my Greeley families!
My experience with Dr. Kloberdanz has been outstanding! I couldn't of asked for a better orthodontic center. I walk in and am greeted by Jane at the front desk and as i walk back to get my mouth worked on everyone in the office treats me with respect and makes me feel welcomed. Everyone working in the office defiantly knows what they are doing and they treat you well. I just recently got my braces of and am very happy with the results, throughout my whole experience with Dr. K I never had any major problems and would most defiantly recommend this orthodontic center to whoever needed their teeth fixed and fixed right! I am also very impressed at how fast Dr. K gets me in whether I'm early or late, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to get in unlike other doctor offices where you show up and have to wait an hour just to get in. I have nothing but good to say about this orthodontic center, Dr. Kloberdanz is the place to go!!
Dr. K worked on me for over a decade. He and his staff were always polite throughout my entire time as his patient. Highly recommended!
