The only bad Santiagos I have been to. Extremely disappointing service, cold food, soda tasted like it had formaldehyde in it, when I mentioned it to waitress, acted like a major inconvenience to her day, charged me for both drinks. Go to any of the ones in Denver or Castle Rock and your experience will be much better.
Decided to check this place out because of its stellar reviews. I was highly disappointed. The food was bland, truly the WORST Mexican food I have ever had. I'm not a complainer and have never left an online review less than 4 stars, but this was an exception. The service and ambiance left much to be desired, it's definitely a bit of a hole in the wall dive bar. The chips and salsa appetizer had been sitting and were not fresh. If you like the idea of Mexican food but with no spice or flavor, this may be the spot for you, otherwise I would check out one of the other Mexican restaurants in town.
Good service but terrible food. Feels like the meat is days old and the beans are horrific, plus they can't even roll a burrito right!
Good food and large amount for a really good price. Nice place for the whole family.
My family comes here for breakfast every weekend, we love it! Addicted to the huevos rancheros and my son loves the pancakes or quesadilla. Great prices, great green chili!
