recently called to offer training to him by one of his own vendors. He answered in a snide tone, immediately said "He don't need any training." I beg to differ, you have done nothing with your Google page here, and if you can't put up info for your customers to learn more about you, and find you easier, I would have no interest in bringing my car to you because you don't stay current with the customer experience. You are still working on the 1979 Pinto, and I have a 2011 VW TDI.
They are rude to the max! Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! !! Very hateful people. ..it's so sad.
Have always had great car care here. Never does work not needed. We take all our GM vehicles to this shop, have for the last 12 years.
