They did a great job of making the experience of having my car repaired painless. They handled everything with the insurance company which decreased the stress for me. Tom did excellent work with great attention to detail and made sure everything was done with the highest quality; no shortcuts. I felt like I could trust him and my car came out looking fabulous!
After driving with a banged-up bumper for a year, I finally decided to have it replaced and took it to Concept Auto Body. The did a great job - it looks as good as new! The paint matches perfectly and you could never tell that it has been replaced. Thanks for the excellent work and service!
I had an excellent experience at Concept Auto Body. Tom and Sheila (the owners) were both so helpful in the process of having my car repaired. They even drove from their shop to the Hertz location to pick up a rental car. They also kept me up to date on my repair and were very professional. My car came out looking like new and I would recommend them to anyone! You can definitely tell they take pride in their work!
