Lady at the desk was very polite but they made me wait for my car even though it was finished because they pulled another car behind mine. Then the guy who balanced my tires was sitting on my car while he waited for the other worker to finish another car. Pretty unprofessional but there aren't a lot of options in Morgan......yet.
Good straigh forward service and prices comparable to Walmart.
I was passing through and got a flat tire.
Terrible service scratched 3 out of 4 of my rims, then you make a complaint and you get to talk to Bob the owner and you explain what happens and he assures you nothing happened and your rims are ruined doesn't offer a sorry this happened how can we make it better or anything. They will never see my business again
I've tried my best to keep my business in my small town but I don't think the feeling is reciprocated. I ordered 2 new tires for my car a week and a half ago and never got a phone call saying they were in. I called them, found out the tires were in, and had them put on that afternoon. At which time they told me I needed another 2. I ordered them. Now, after waiting for their call again, I called them and found out they never even ordered the second set. I gave up and looked around Denver for a tire place, since I actually work all the way down here. The tires were $50 less than the Fort Morgan ones. Each!! Between the cost of the tires and the time I've lost getting off work early in order to be there before they close, I'm down around $150. Stick a fork in me! I'm done! Not going back there.
