Took our 2015 Acura MDX to Troy to repair hail damage and gave him two chances to fix it. He is a liar and a fraud. Charged insurance for work and parts not done, paint and body work was awful after the original repair and still not fixed satisfactory after his second try, damaged parts are still not replaced, and he caused more damage than before in some areas. He constantly makes excuses and blames employees, Acura parts department, his restaurant troubles, anyone but himself. We tried to come to a compromise without having to take him to court but he refused saying "sue my ass". He claims his work is perfect even though multiple other body shops have confirmed what is clear to any reasonable person (one even saying they "wouldn't even touch that mess"). If you do take your car to him make sure you double check that all work is actually completed and parts aren't jerry rigged to cut corners. AND do not let your insurance pay him upfront!
