Very friendly, very efficient, and listen to everything that I had to say. When I went (in being an elder lady) I didn't always used to right terms but he listened and understood what I meant.
My wife, 3 children 8 and under and I were traveling from Kearney Nebraska to Denver and our car broke down on the side of the interstate. We got towed into fort Morgan and got a room. The next morning we called Armstrong service center to see if they could get us in to check our car. They got us in and fixed our car right away. They provided excellent customer service. If I lived closer I would definitely be a repeat customer.
