The Owner/Manager has been a friend of mine for 3 yrs now we met when i rented a room from him for like two or three months , he was very nice and very understanding. and on top of all things that might need to be taken care of to make your stay there pleasurable

The manager is so kind. When I got to fort morgan I was literaly lost and he offered me a room to stay. The room I got have refrigerator, sink, stove and dinning table. I just love it. I would be freezing if it wasn't for him.

Good basic motel. My room was clean. I stayed there for 10 days and had a good quiet stay. It's not a modern motel, but that's part of it's charm. The building was built in the late 1940's, and lots of that is evident still in old fixtures and trim here and there. Bathroom was very, very small, but did the job. The owner is very nice and always helpful. I'd stay again in room 16.
