Fantastic find. The room was very clean, comfortable with upgraded fixtures in the bathroom.
Susan was a pleasure to deal with and was very attentive to our needs. Even though this was our first stay, it felt like we were staying with family. She told us about the local restaurants that give discounts when you show a room key. We had a great Mexican dinner at a great price (even before the discount).

Clean, updated rooms at a very fair price. The rooms have charm and all of the amenities that we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean.

Absolutely some of the worst service and hospitality. Paid for a room upfront in cash to help get a friend out of the cold for the night. I figured a nice room with a warm bed would beat a cold tent at a park. After I paid it was never disclosed that they couldn't stay. However as my friend was walking up to the room the owner yanked the key from his hand and and called me immediately. Told me to come down. When I walked in I asked for a refund and he threatened to call the cops on me for scamming him. It's not a scam when you have my money and I have a room key. That's called paying for a service. I don't appreciate being talked to that way, and definitely don't appreciate the packing pistol owner trying to make a statement. I do not feel that this was a wrong transaction. I believe it was all handled the wrong way. What happened to good ole hospitality and kindness in 0 or below Temps. I will never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here. The super 8 put us in the best room they had for the same price. Oh yeah and free breakfast.
